Our Why
For decades, corporations and companies have tried to find ways to bring teams together and cultivate leaders to improve business performance. And yet, the inevitable always happens. People are momentarily inspired, briefly changed, and then ingrained nature and culture take back over.
We’ve all taken the personality tests – DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Big Five, StrengthsFinder, and others. These can be tools for common understanding and language, but they can fall short too. Leaving people grouped together unnaturally or feeling a part of them is negative, undesired or unwelcome.
It’s easier to simplify people to a letter, color or attribute, than to fully understand who they are. Every person is an individual and the best tool in understanding our individual traits, tendencies and energies is Astrology; as every person has a natal chart with planetary placements and signatures unique to them.

Kim began her marketing career in the trenches of advertising ensuring clients’ satisfaction and success. She had the immense pleasure of helping build gyro:human, a healthcare agency and continued her healthcare career on the client side as vice president, marketing at EmblemHealth and chief marketing officer, health benefits at Elevance Health.
